Downstream Partner definition

Downstream Partner means any person, organisation, company or other third party representative engaged by the Grant Recipient as part of this Agreement.
Downstream Partner shall have the meaning given to it in the Funding Agreement;
Downstream Partner shall have the meaning given to it in the Funding Agreement; “EIR” means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004;

Examples of Downstream Partner in a sentence

  • Where the Partner transfers risk to any Downstream Partner, the Partner will remain accountable to DFID for the effective management of that risk.

  • Where the Grant Recipient transfers risk to any Downstream Partner, the Grant Recipient will remain accountable to the Authority for the effective management of that risk.
