DPC Shares shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.4(c) hereof.

  • All shares of Parent Common Stock that are owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (other than Trust Account Shares and DPC Shares) shall become treasury stock of Parent.
