Draft Order definition

Draft Order means the draft orders prepared in connection with the notice of motion served by the Tobacco Monitors on November 25, 2019, moving for the appointment of the Proposed Representative Counsel.
Draft Order has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.1 of Section A.

  • Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Sellers approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Sellers to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
