Draft Reinstatement Plan definition

Draft Reinstatement Plan has the meaning set out in Section 6.4(a) (Project Co's Obligations – Material Damage or Destruction);
Draft Reinstatement Plan has the meaning set out in Section 6.4(a) of the Agreement; “Effective Date” means the date of this Agreement;
