Draw Down Form definition

Draw Down Form means any form of the Commission that lists the Service set out in the Standing Offer and is sent to the Offeror. The draw down can be initiated with a verbal or email when the Commission requests services.

Examples of Draw Down Form in a sentence

  • No Offeror will acquire any legal or equitable rights or privileges relative to the goods or services until the Draw Down Form is received.

  • No Contractor will acquire any legal or equitable rights or privileges relative to the supply and delivery of the Products until the Draw Down Form is received.

  • Products may be ordered by other methods other than a Draw Down Form such as telephone, facsimile or email, but must be confirmed in writing by issuance of a Draw Down Form by the Central Stores Supervisor or designate.

  • If and when the City issues a Draw Down Form against the SO, only then does the Contractor have a Contract for the amount ordered.

  • If the course is to be Offeror will provide a fixed price where indicated on the Draw Down Form, based on the rate quoted in the CSA (refer to the Catalogue available on the web page).

  • The report must contain at a minimum: CSA #; Purchaser Name; Draw Down Form number; Xxxx(s) ordered; Xxxxxxxx ordered; and Total pre-tax price for individual Draw Downs.

Related to Draw Down Form

  • Draw Down shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(a) hereof.

  • Draw Down Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(f) hereof.

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Draw Down Amount means the actual amount of proceeds to be paid by the Purchaser in connection with a Draw Down.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting an Advance.

  • Draw Down Pricing Period means, with respect to each Draw Down, a period of eight (8) consecutive Trading Days beginning on the first Trading Day specified in a Draw Down Notice.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by the Corporation Shareholders with respect to the Arrangement;

  • Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.

  • Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Transfer Agent Instruction Letter means the letter from the Company to the Transfer Agent which instructs the Transfer Agent to issue Underlying Shares pursuant to the Transaction Documents, in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

  • Draw Date means, with respect to any Insured Distribution Date, the third Business Day immediately preceding such Insured Distribution Date.

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Drawdown means a drawdown of a Facility.

  • Subscription Form means the form of subscription annexed hereto as Schedule “A”;

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Notice of Drawdown means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Notice of Drawdown).

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Draw means the disbursement of funds to a Development.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.

  • Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions means, with respect to the Company, the Irrevocable Transfer Agent Instructions, in the form of Exhibit E, executed by the Company and delivered to and acknowledged in writing by the Transfer Agent.

  • Request for Purchase shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(3).

  • Drawdown Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Drawdown Request).

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
