Draw Period definition

Draw Period is the period of time from the Effective Date through the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2012, or (b) an Event of Default.
Draw Period means, for each Credit Facility, the period commencing on the Commitment Commencement Date and ending on the Commitment Termination Date.
