  • Motor Carrier shall equip all Drayage Trucks dispatched for Drayage Service to Port terminals by Motor Carrier under this Concession (“Drayage Trucks”) with radio frequency identification devices (“RFID”) or other compliance tags as directed by the Harbor Department and/or Port marine terminal operators.

  • Motor Carrier agrees that Drayage Trucks and Drivers dispatched to provide Drayage Services may be inspected for environmental compliance while on Port property by the Harbor Department or other federal, state or local authorities, including without limitation, the California Air Resources Board or its agents.

  • We may terminate this Agreement or close your Stripe Account at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, for any activity that may create harm or loss to the goodwill of a Payment Method) by providing you Notice.

  • Motor Carrier shall be responsible for vehicle condition and safety and shall ensure that the maintenance of all Drayage Trucks, including retrofit equipment, is conducted in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

  • The Short-Haul Battery Electric Drayage Trucks subaward will provide incentives through a subaward for licensed motor carriers operating short-haul trips to deploy ZE trucks into drayage service and develop the program.
