Drip Condensate definition

Drip Condensate means that portion of Gas Controlled by Producer received into the Gas System (without manual separation or injection) that condenses in the Gas System, and is recovered by Midstream Co. If at any time Midstream Co is not providing gathering services to Producer in the Dedication Area with respect to Gas, there will be no Drip Condensate delivered into the Individual System.

Examples of Drip Condensate in a sentence

  • A nomination of Gas by Shipper shall be deemed a warranty of title to such Gas (including any Drip Condensate attributable to such Gas) by Shipper, or a warranty of the good right in Shipper to deliver such Gas for gathering under this Agreement.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Carbon dioxide equivalent or “CO2 equivalent” or “CO2e” means the number of metric tons of CO2 emissions with the same global warming potential as one metric ton of another greenhouse gas.
