Driver education instructor definition

Driver education instructor means a person who the secretary of state certifies has met the instructor qualifications of this act to instruct a student in a driver education course.

  • Distance education means education imparted by combination of any two or more means of communication, viz. broadcasting, telecasting, correspondence courses, seminars, contact programmes and any other such methodology;
