Driveway Area definition

Driveway Area means each of the limited common element driveway areas within the Project.

  • Without limitation of the foregoing, Landlord grants Tenant and its employees, agents, contractors, invitees and suppliers the non-exclusive right to use the driveway entrance of the Shopping Center to the north of the Premises (the "North Driveway Area"), as shown on the Site Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B, for vehicular ingress only from Morena Boulevard to the Premises.

  • B) Notwithstanding anything in paragraph A) above to the contrary, Landlord shall not voluntarily: (i) close off or eliminate either of the two curb cuts which presently permit direct access to the Premises off of Morena Boulevard; or (ii) close off or eliminate the North Driveway Area; except if due to an emergency or due to making repairs.

  • Following the approval of the plans and specifications for any such alterations to the driveway improvements within the Driveway Area, the constructing owner shall cause a reputable, qualified and financially capable contractor to construct and install such alterations, with such construction to commence promptly and to be prosecuted diligently and continuously until the completion thereof.

  • Unless Parties agree in writing in advance the snow removal contractor to be hired to perform snow removal, the terms and conditions of such contract for snow removal, and the terms and conditions for cost-sharing between the Parties for snow removal services performed under such contract, neither Party shall have an obligation pay expenses to remove snow from the Shared Driveway Area.

  • Driveway means the improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or parking area on adjacent land;

  • the parking area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by article 4 of this Order.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Play area means an area of frequent soil contact by children of less than six years of age as indicated by, but not limited to, factors including the following: the presence of play equipment (sandboxes, swing sets, and sliding boards), toys, or other children’s possessions, observations of play patterns, or information provided by parents, residents, caregivers, or property owners.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time.
