Driving Licence Check definition

Driving Licence Check means the checking of a Data Subject’s driving licence information against the records held centrally by the Driver Vehicle and Licensing Agency (DVLA) for that individual with a view to confirming their licence status, penalties, endorsements, revocations disqualification, suspension and confirming their entitlement to drive their vehicle.
Driving Licence Check means the checking of a Data Subject’s driving licence information against the records held centrally by the Driver Vehicle and Licensing Authority (DVLA) for that individual with a view to confirming their licence status, penalties, endorsements, revocations, disqualification and confirming their entitlement to drive their vehicle. “Driver/User Information” means data, including Personal Data about a Data Subject and their users and or vehicle(s) that is provided to the Company either directly by the Data Subject or by the Customer in accordance with this Agreement.
