DRIVING RANGE definition

DRIVING RANGE means a public or private area operated for the purpose of developing golf techniques, but excluding miniature golf courses and golf courses.
DRIVING RANGE means the driving range for the Golf Course to be located on the Phase II Land and leased to the Borrower pursuant to the Driving Range Lease.
DRIVING RANGE means a public or private area operated for the purpose of practising the driving of golf balls, but does not include a golf course, miniature golf course or similar uses operated for commercial purposes.
