  • All notices required or desired to be given hereunder shall be in writing and if not personally delivered, be sent by facsimile (with copy by ordinary mail) or by overnight courier or registered or certified mail to the party’s address set forth on the Drop Ship Agreement, or of which a party notifies the other party in writing in accordance with this Section.

  • If Company makes any material changes, as determined by the Company and in its sole discretion, Company will notify Vendor in writing or via email to the email address set forth in on the cover page of the Drop Ship Agreement.

  • This paragraph 2, together with all other terms of each Drop Ship Order, shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
