DRP Price definition

DRP Price means the price at which DRP Issued Units will be issued or acquired under this DRP. It is calculated based on the actual calculated NAV price of the Active ETF as at the end of the Distribution Entitlement Date, less the distribution entitlement per unit. There would normally be no buy/sell spread associated with reinvestment because the assets remain invested in the Fund. The DRP price is rounded to four decimal places.
