If the Company achieves a High level of performance, the Executive will be awarded Long Term Grant Restricted Stock shares the number of which will be equal in value to twenty (20%) percent of Executive’s Base Salary for the relevant period calculated by dividing the twenty (20%) percent figure by the greater of (i) $10.00 or (ii) the DRP Price or (iii) the traded market price.
If the Company achieves a Target level of performance, the Executive will be awarded Long Term Grant Restricted Stock shares the number of which will be equal in value to fifteen (15%) percent of Executive’s Base Salary received by Executive for the relevant period calculated by dividing the fifteen (15%) percent figure by the greater of (i) $10.00 or (ii) the DRP Price or (iii) the traded market price.
