DRS Account definition
DRS Account means the account administered by Computershare in its Direct Registration System in which those Affected Creditors entitled to receive Shares pursuant to and in accordance with the Plan hold such Shares in book-entry form;
Examples of DRS Account in a sentence
If Shares have been tendered from a DRS Account, the applicable notice of withdrawal must also specify the name and number of the DRS Account to be credited with such withdrawn Shares, and if Shares have been tendered pursuant to the procedure for book-entry transfer as set forth in Section 3 — “Procedures for Accepting the Offer and Tendering Shares,” any notice of withdrawal must also specify the name and number of the account at DTC to be credited with the withdrawn Shares.
