Drug Technology definition

Drug Technology means any technology owned or licensable by Tamir which relates to the topical application of Onconase whether by passive or physical enhancement.
Drug Technology means any technology licensed, owned or licensable by SALARIUS that relates to compound, devices or compositions for the formulation/compound known as SP-2577 comprising the Invention (product profile attached as Attachment 1) in the Field of Use Covered By the Patent Rights.
Drug Technology means any technology owned or licensable by Licensor which relates to the DINs.

  • HLBLS shall provide SALARIUS with all information related to the Drug Technology and HLBLS Improvements, as may be known or possessed by HLBLS and as may be reasonably necessary or convenient to assist for SALARIUS to exploit the Drug Technology, including any materials related to the acquisition of any government approvals for the Licensed Products during the Agreement.

  • SALARIUS does not make any representation or warranty or guaranty that the Drug Technology together with the SALARIUS Technology will be sufficient for the successful development and commercialization of a Licensed Product.

  • SALARIUS shall provide HLBLS with all information related to the Drug Technology, SALARIUS Patent Rights, and SALARIUS Know How, as may be known or possessed by SALARIUS in tangible form and as may be reasonably necessary for HLBLS to exploit the licenses granted in this Agreement, including any materials related to the acquisition of any government approvals for the Licensed Products.

  • Licensor hereby represents and warrants that: (i) Licensor has the authority to grant to Licensee all of the rights granted hereunder; (ii) Licensor owns or controls all rights to the Licensor Patent Rights and the Licensor Technology Rights; and (iii) Licensor is unaware of any rights superior to Licensor's in the Drug Technology which would prevent Licensee from fully exercising the rights licensed to it herein.

  • Tamir hereby represents and warrants that it: (i) has the authority to grant to USPI all of the rights granted hereunder; (ii) owns or controls all rights to the Tamir Patent Rights and the Tamir Technology Rights; and (iii) is unaware of any rights superior to Tamir’s in the Drug Technology which would prevent USPI from fully exercising the rights licensed to it herein.

  • USPI desires to license from Tamir the right to develop, market, use, and sell certain drug formulations which are applied to humans through the use of the Drug Technology.

  • SALARIUS has obtained from the UURF (as defined below) the exclusive license under the Patent Rights (as defined below) for the commercial development, production, manufacture, use and sale of Licensed Products (as defined below) to certain Drug Technology (as defined below).

  • INVENTORS hereby represent and warrant that: (i) INVENTORS have the authority to grant to NPTX all of the rights granted hereunder; (ii) Except as subject to the Government Support Clause, INVENTORS own or control all rights to the INVENTORS’ Patent Rights and the INVENTORS’ Technology Rights; and (iii) INVENTORS are unaware of any rights superior to INVENTORS’ rights in the Drug Technology which would prevent NPTX from fully exercising the rights assigned to it herein.

  • Tamir is developing and has obtained patent rights to certain Drug Technology (as defined below).

  • Subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions contained in the corresponding IP Purchase Agreement, INVENTORS irrevocably sell, transfer and assign to NPTX all of the INVENTORS’ Patent Rights and INVENTORS’ Technology Rights, including the right to sublicense any or all of such rights, to make, have made, use, have used, sell, and have sold the Drug Technology in the Field.

Drug Technology means any technology owned and assignable by INVENTORS which relates to pharmaceutical compositions described in Exhibit A of the IP Purchase Agreement.
