Drug Treatment definition

Drug Treatment means a certified drug or alcohol treatment program.
Drug Treatment means a state licensed or certified community drug treatment program, which may include one or more of the following: science-based drug education, outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment narcotic replacement therapy, residential treatment, mental health services detoxification services, and aftercare or continuing care services. The term “drug treatment program” or “drug treatment” includes a drug treatment program operated under the direction of the Veterans Health Administration of the Department of Veterans Affairs or a program specified in Section 8001. That type of program shall be eligible to provide drug treatment services
Drug Treatment means relevant treatment for the use of drugs, as appropriate to the Drug Test Trial Participant’s circumstances, prescribed by an appropriately qualified medical professional.

Examples of Drug Treatment in a sentence

  • This general category does not include case management, Alcohol or Drug Treatment and/or Habilitation and Rehabilitation, since they are defined separately in this document.

  • For agencies providing services to the Maine Adult Drug Treatment Courts (ADTC’s) input into the DTxC system, keeping data current.

  • The Minimum Quality Drug Treatment Standards for SABG are attached to this Agreement as Attachment A2, incorporated by reference.

  • Effective March 1, 2012, Passages will house up to 69 Prerelease, 50 Assessment/Sanction/Revocation, and 45 Alcohol and Drug Treatment female offenders.
