DSHS Client ID Number definition
DSHS Client ID Number is a number assigned to each client by DSHS. DSHS Client ID Number is the primary means of identification of the client. It could be found in the upper right corner of all DSHS correspondence to the client. On the DSHS letter it is called “Client ID #”.
