DSL Stock Price the average price of the DSL Common Stock (rounded to the nearest p▇▇▇▇) for the fifteen consecutive trading days ending on and including the third trading day preceding the Effective Date, calculated on the basis of the last reported sales prices of the DSL Common Stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market on such trading days.
