DSR Fund Cash definition
DSR Fund Cash means the Cash and Cash Equivalents held in the Debt Service Reserve Fund (Series 1998 Bond Account) maintained by the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture of Trust governing the 1998 Series of the SPLLC Notes as of the Measurement Time, together with interest earned on such funds by SPLLC from and after the Measurement Time through and until the time of distribution thereof pursuant to Section 1.9(b).
