DTC Nominee definition

DTC Nominee means Cede & Co. or such other entity as may be nominated by an authorized representative of DTC from time to time;
DTC Nominee means the nominee of DTC in whose name the Global Notes are registered.

  • The issue of Global Notes in names other than those of the Common Depositary or the DTC Nominee, as the case may be, is restricted as provided in each Global Note.

  • The Registrar (or its agent on its behalf) shall, after authenticating the Global Notes (in accordance with Section 2.2 of the Indenture), deliver the Global Notes to the Common Depositary and the DTC Nominee.
