DTV Loan means the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding and unpaid Advances.

In the event the parties do not determine any additional terms and conditions, the DTV Loan and the DCI Loan shall be unsecured loans, shall not bear interest, and shall not be callable by the lender without the consent of JVCo.
ICMR shall not be required to repay principal or interest on the DTV Loan unless and until ICMR has collected the Minimum Repayment Funds nor shall ICMR be required to repay principal or interest on the DTV Loan from any source other than Repayment Funds.
