DUE DILIGENCE EXERCISE definition
DUE DILIGENCE EXERCISE means the exercise carried out in relation to each Country in accordance with Clause 4 (Due Diligence) of the Framework Agreement which includes the production of the Due Diligence Reports;
DUE DILIGENCE EXERCISE the due diligence exercise on the legal, accounting, financial and business affairs of each of the company within the Target Group and their respective assets to be conducted by the Advisors as specified in Clause 4;
DUE DILIGENCE EXERCISE shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.4.
