Verification of Absence Due to Illness When an employee is absent from duty for reasons of illness for a period exceeding five consecutive school days, the illness shall be certified to by a qualified medical practitioner, dental practitioner, chiropractor or any other person acceptable to the Board.
Benefits under Section III will be payable subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy and the availability of the Loss of Job (Due to Illness/ Accident) Sum Insured specified in the Policy Schedule/ Certificate of Insurance.
