Examples of Due to Illness in a sentence

  • Verification of Absence Due to Illness When an employee is absent from duty for reasons of illness for a period exceeding five consecutive school days, the illness shall be certified to by a qualified medical practitioner, dental practitioner, chiropractor or any other person acceptable to the Board.

  • Benefits under Section III will be payable subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy and the availability of the Loss of Job (Due to Illness/ Accident) Sum Insured specified in the Policy Schedule/ Certificate of Insurance.
