  • With respect to any Duke Claim for which indemnification is sought by a Duke Indemnitee pursuant to the terms of the Duke In-License as incorporated herein, Juno acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of the Duke In-License relating to the procedures for indemnification shall apply as if such procedures were written in full herein, with the defined terms “Licensee” being deemed to refer to Juno, “DUKE” being deemed to refer to Duke and “DUKE Indemnitee(s)” being deemed to refer to Duke Indemnitee(s).
