Duke Lease definition

Duke Lease means a lease agreement for each Duke Leased Space in the forms to be agreed upon between Buyer and Seller prior to the Inspection Date.
Duke Lease means and refer to the lease agreement between Duke and Declarant pertaining to the area of the lake bed of Lake Keowee underlying the Boatslips and the Boat Dock Facilities.
Duke Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in subparagraph 6.1(d)(viii).

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;
