Duly Elected definition

Duly Elected means elected in accordance with this Constitution.

Examples of Duly Elected in a sentence

  • Where an Elected Representative is involved in discussions and/or negotiations and/or meetings either with AAA or as part of the Issue Resolution Procedure and these discussions and/or negotiations and/or meetings are outside the normal working hours, the Duly Elected Representative will by agreement at the time, be paid single time inclusive of shift loading.
