Dutch Borrower Revolving Loan Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) €150,000,000 and (b) the amount of the Total Revolving Loan Commitment as then in effect. The Dutch Borrower Revolving Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Revolving Loan Commitment.
Dutch Borrower Revolving Loan Sublimit appearing in Section 11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby restated in its entirety as follows:
