Dutch Revolving Loans definition

Dutch Revolving Loans means advances made to or at the instructions of a Dutch Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(iii) hereof under the Dutch Subfacility.
Dutch Revolving Loans means any Loans made from and after the Closing Date by Lenders to OIEG pursuant to subsection 2.1C.

Examples of Dutch Revolving Loans in a sentence

  • OIEG shall make prepayments of the Dutch Revolving Loans to the extent necessary so that the Total Utilization of Dutch Revolving Loan Commitments does not exceed the Offshore Sublimit then in effect for OIEG.

  • Each such Notice of Swing Loan Refunding shall be deemed to constitute delivery by the Dutch Borrower of a Notice of Borrowing requesting Dutch Revolving Loans consisting of Base Rate Loans in the amount of the Dutch Swing Loans to which it relates.

  • The Dutch Revolving Loans to be made by each Dutch Lender will be made by such Dutch Lender on a pro rata basis based upon such Dutch Lender’s Dutch Revolving Facility Percentage of each Dutch Revolving Borrowing, in each case in accordance with Section 2.07 hereof.

  • All computations of interest on Dutch Revolving Loans, Dutch Swing Loans and Unpaid Drawings with respect to Dutch Letters of Credit hereunder shall be made on the actual number of days elapsed over a year of 360 days.

  • The proceeds of such Dutch Revolving Loans shall be made immediately available to the Dutch Swing Line Lender and applied by it to repay the principal amount of the Dutch Swing Loans to which such Notice of Swing Loan Refunding relates.
