Dutch Security definition

Dutch Security means the security interests granted to the Dutch Security Trustee pursuant to the Dutch Security Documents.
Dutch Security means the Collateral that is the subject of any Security Document governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Dutch Security has the meaning specified in Clause 3.2 of the European Master Purchaser Deed of Charge and Clause 3.2 of the European Receivables Warehouse Company Deed of Charge;
