Dutch Servicing Fee definition

Dutch Servicing Fee means €240,000 per annum or such other adjusted amount notified to the Lessor and the Dutch Security Trustee by the Dutch Servicer based on the reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the provision of services in accordance with the Dutch Master Lease. “Dutch Shares Pledge” means the deed of pledge of registered shares of Dutch FleetCo dated on or about the Closing Date, entered into by Dutch FleetCo, Stuurgroep Holland B.V. and the Dutch Security Trustee. “Dutch Supplemental Documents” means the Lease Vehicle Acquisition Schedules, the Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedules and any other related documents attached to the Dutch Master Lease, in each case solely to the extent to which such schedules and documents relate to Lease Vehicles or otherwise relate to and/or constitute Dutch Collateral. “Dutch Transaction Account” means the transaction account in the name of Dutch FleetCo from which withdrawals are made in accordance with Clause 7 (Applications and Distributions) of the Dutch Facility Agreement. “Dutch Transfer Date” has the meaning specified in Sub-Clause 3.1 (Transfer of Administrative Obligations) of the Dutch Back-Up Administration Agreement. “Dutch Treaty Noteholder” means a holder of Dutch Notes which:
