Dutch Supplemental Documents definition

Dutch Supplemental Documents means the Lease Vehicle Acquisition Schedules, the Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedules and any other related documents attached to the Dutch Master Lease, in each case solely to the extent to which such schedules and documents relate to Lease Vehicles or otherwise relate to and/or constitute Dutch Collateral.
Dutch Supplemental Documents means the Lease Vehicle Acquisition Schedules, the Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedules and any other related documents attached to the Dutch Master Lease, in each case solely to the extent to which such schedules and documents relate to Lease Vehicles or otherwise relate to and/or constitute Dutch Collateral. “Dutch Transaction Account” means the transaction account in the name of Dutch FleetCo from which withdrawals are made in accordance with Clause 7 (Applications and Distributions) of the Dutch Facility Agreement. “Dutch Transfer Date” has the meaning specified in Sub-Clause 3.1 (Transfer of Administrative Obligations) of the Dutch Back-Up Administration Agreement. “Dutch Treaty Noteholder” means a holder of Dutch Notes which:

  • Borrower Joinder Agreement means a Borrower Joinder Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • Guarantor Joinder Agreement means a guarantor joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 7.14 delivered by a Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.14.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.11 or Section 6.13, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.
