Duty Events definition
Duty Events means (i) the nonpayment or incorrect payment by LaJobi of import duties to U.S. Customs and Border Protection on certain wooden furniture imported by LaJobi from vendors in China, resulting in a violation prior to March 30, 2011 of anti-dumping regulations, and the related misconduct on the part of certain LaJobi employees, including the misidentification of the manufacturer and shipper of such products, (ii) LaJobi’s business and staffing practices in Asia prior to March 30, 2011 relating thereto, and (iii) the filings by Kids Line, CoCaLo and Sassy of certain incorrect entries and invoices with U.S. Customs.
Duty Events means (i) the nonpayment or incorrect payment by LaJobi of import duties to U.S. Customs and Border Protection on certain wooden furniture imported by LaJobi from vendors in China, resulting in a violation prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date of anti-dumping regulations, and the related misconduct on the part of certain LaJobi employees, including the misidentification of the manufacturer and shipper of such products and (ii) LaJobi’s business and staffing practices in Asia prior to the Third Amendment Effective Date relating thereto.
Examples of Duty Events in a sentence
The 2016-2017 24 Hour Duty Events rate shall increase from $150.82 for each two nights to $500 each for each two nights effective July 1, 2022.
Each team will be assigned to attend Station Duty Events on a rotating basis.
All probationary and permanent volunteers shall attend a minimum of sixty percent (60%) of their assigned Station Duty Events over the course of every year and rolling six (6) month period.
