DVDPlay Patent definition

DVDPlay Patent means a patent that issues or is granted from, is based on or claims priority to any publicly available patent application pending before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (“USPTO”) for which DVDPlay was, as of November 1, 2005, the assignee of record with respect to such application, according to the publicly available records in the USPTO on that date, and, in particular, U.S. Patent Application Ser. Nos. 09/903,444 and 09/578,631.
DVDPlay Patent has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(d).

Examples of DVDPlay Patent in a sentence

  • The Redbox IP (i) does not and will not infringe or constitute a misappropriation of any currently existing or future claims that have a date of priority of November 1, 2005 or earlier and that are in any DVDPlay Patent and/or (ii) does not infringe or constitute a misappropriation of an Intellectual Property right of DVDPlay.
