Dwelling Unit, Attached definition
Dwelling Unit, Attached means a dwelling unit located in any one of the following types of dwellings:
Dwelling Unit, Attached means a dwelling unit that has one or more vertical walls in common with or attached to one or more other dwelling units or other uses and does not have other dwelling units or other uses above or below it.
Dwelling Unit, Attached means three or more dwelling units within a Structure. “Dwelling Unit, Detached” means no more than one dwelling unit within a Structure. “Efficiency Living Unit” means a dwelling unit that contains a bathroom and kitchen and does not exceed a maximum floor area of 475 square feet.
