DWM definition

DWM means DWM Inc.;
DWM shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble hereto.

  • The Design-Build Team shall submit the permit number for waste / borrow sites covered by the Mining Act or regulated by DWM (NCDEQ) concurrently to the Design-Build Unit and the Resident Engineer.

  • West Marine will pay any undisputed invoices within forty-five (45) days from the later of receipt of invoice or receipt of goods at the DWM distribution centers.

  • DWM will use its best efforts to negotiate and obtain advantageous prices for West Marine.

  • In this regard, DWM will design the lines in accordance with the Specifications and forward samples of merchandise for West Marine's final written approval within the specified time periods.

  • In this regard, West Marine agrees that all designs for the West Marine Brand Apparel and accessories that DWM provides to West Marine shall be owned by DWM (except that West Marine shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the West Marine Trademarks therein).

  • All reports must be submitted to DEP in accordance with the requirements in Chapter 62-780, F.A.C., the “Technical Report and Deliverable Related Time Frames” table in Appendix I, applicable DEP guidance, and comply with the DWM Policy on Professional Certification of Technical Documents dated March 31, 2000, if applicable.
