DWR Power definition

DWR Power shall have the same meaning set forth in the Servicing Arrangement with such amendments to incorporate the Settlement Principles for Remittances and Surplus Revenues as provided in Exhibit C of this Order.

  • Solar Power means power generated from the Solar Photovoltaic Power Project;

  • net power means the power obtained on a test bench at the end of the crankshaft or its equivalent at the corresponding engine speed with the auxiliaries and equipment listed in Table 1 of Annex 4 to this Regulation, determined under reference atmospheric conditions;

  • Operating Entity means an entity that operates and controls a portion of the bulk transmission system with the goal of ensuring reliable energy interchange between generators, loads, and other operating entities.
