Dy. General Manager definition

Dy. General Manager means the Dy. General Manager of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited so designated for Jhamarkotra Rock Phosphate Mine of RSMML or his successors in office so designated by the Company.
Dy. General Manager means Deputy General Manager (Region) of Food Corporation of India under whose administrative jurisdiction, Depots/ Mandis/Rail heads to which the contract relates fall. The term “Dy. General Manager” shall also include the Area Manager and every other officer authorized for the time being to execute contracts on behalf of the Food Corporation of India.

  • The contractor may within 30 days of the receipt of the decision of the Assistant General Manager (Premises & Estate) / Dy. General Manager (Premises) submit his claims to the conciliating authority namely the Circle Development Officer / General Manager (Corporate Services) for conciliation along with all details and copies of correspond- ence exchanged between him and the Assistant General Manager (Premises & Es- ▇▇▇▇) / Dy. General Manager (Premises).

  • The action of the Dy. General Manager (Region) under this clause shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Contractor.

  • The contractor will not be responsible for delays which may arise on account of reasons beyond their control of which the Dy. General Manager (Region) shall be the final judge.

  • The said notice shall give full particulars of the claim, grounds on which it is based and detailed calculations of the amount claimed and the contractor shall not be entitled to raise any claim nor shall the Bank be in any way liable in respect of any claim by the contractor unless notice of such claim shall have been given by the contractor to the Assistant General Manager (Premises & Estate) / Dy. General Manager (Premises) in the manner and within the time as aforesaid.

  • The decision of the Dy. General Manager (Region) regarding such failure of the Contractor and their liability for the losses, etc.

  • The Contractor shall, whenever required, produce or cause to be produced for examination by the Dy. General Manager (Region) or any other officer authorized by him in this behalf, any cost or other accounts books, account vouchers, receipts, letters, memoranda or writing, or any copy of, or extract from, any such document, and also furnish information and returns, verified in such manner as may be required, relating to the execution of this Contract.

  • The decision of the Dy. General Manager (Region) on the question of relevancy of any document, information or return shall be final and binding on the Contractor.

  • However, for procurement of HOD (Procurement) items / award of contracts, to meet the requirement of Corporate Office only, the committee shall be consisting of General Manager / Dy. General Manager each from Operations, Finance, Law & HOD (Procurement).

  • The contractor shall be deemed to have waived and extinguished all his rights in respect of any claim not notified to the Assistant General Manager (Premises & Estate) / Dy. General Manager (Premises) in writing in the manner and within the time aforesaid.

  • The technical Bid will be opened online in the Office of the Dy. General Manager, Food Corporation of India, at the fixed time and the date indicated in the NIT.

Related to Dy. General Manager

  • General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.

  • General Manager of Railway means the officer - in-charge of the General Superintendence and Control of the Railway and shall mean and include their successors, of the successor Railway;

  • Airport Manager means any individual who is properly appointed and designated by the airport owner as the airport manager, and who is responsible for the supervision and operation of the airport to the airport owner.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;
