E-delivery definition

E-delivery means the transmission by electronic mail (1) of information or a document in the body of, or as an attachment to, an electronic mail message or (2) of a notice to the recipient that information or a document is available by accessing a specified Web site, and providing an electronic link to such Web site in the body of the electronic mail message, in each case, subject to Section 1(c), in compliance with publicly-available positions and interpretations of the SEC and/or its staff.
E-delivery means electronically delivering Communication(s). • “My,” “You” and “your” collectively mean customer, authorized person, and entity.
E-delivery or “e-Delivery Service” means the service of delivering Eligible Account disclosures, statements, and notices electronically.
