The E-mail Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. For those such Class Members, the Settlement Administrator will request—by email—a current mailing address with the E-mail Notice for the purposes of distributing the Individual Net Settlement Amounts set forth herein.

E-mail Notice means the notice given by the Claims Administrator via electronic transmission to Settlement Class Members for whom e-mail addresses are available.

E-mail Notice means the form of notice that will be e-mailed to Notice Recipients for whom Defendant possesses e-mail addresses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
