CAFA Notice definition

CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to the appropriate federal and state officials, as provided by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715, and as further described in Paragraph 6.4.
CAFA Notice means a notice of the proposed Settlement in compliance with the requirements of the Class Action Fairness Act, 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1711, et seq. (“CAFA”), to be served upon the appropriate State official in each State where a Class Member resides and the appropriate federal official.
