E-Money Order definition

E-Money Order means an instruction validly made by you requesting the execution of a payment transaction in respect of your E-Money Account for the purpose of: making Transfers (alone or in combination with a Trade); making Payment in connection with one or more Trades; or paying Margin.
E-Money Order means an instruction by you to us to (a) make a Transfer or (b) make a payment.

Examples of E-Money Order in a sentence

  • You must log on to the Online System (using your password and log-in details) and follow the instructions to submit your E-Money Order.

  • You must call an Ebury Representative and specify your E-Money Order, together with such other information as we may reasonably request.

  • Where you cancel an E-Money Order we may still be entitled to charge you a fee to cover our costs.

  • However, where you identify an error in an E-Money Order from the E-Money Account (or a payment received to the E-Money Account), you have up to seven (7) days from the date of becoming aware of the error to notify us of it, after which time we will have no obligation to investigate or act upon your notification or provide a refund.

  • We will let you know the amount of any fees we charge on a per transaction basis when you place or we process an E-Money Order.

  • If you validly cancel an E-Money Order, we will keep the funds which relate to such transaction in your E-Money Account and you will be entitled to redeem such funds through usual methods.

  • We reserve the right to stop the use of any means or method (including our Online System) you or an Authorised Party use to give us an E-Money Order and/or an Order (an “Order Facility”) on reasonable grounds relating to the security of Order Facility or the suspicion of unauthorised or fraudulent use of Order Facility.

  • In the event that you identify an error in an E-Money Order, you must notify us in writing as soon possible after becoming aware of the error, in any case, no later than six months after the date the E-Money Order was executed; after which time we will have no obligation to investigate or act upon your notification or provide a refund.

  • If you validly cancel an E-Money Order, we will keep the funds which relate to such transaction in your E- Money Account and you will be entitled to redeem such funds through usual methods.

  • You should therefore ensure that you have sufficient funds, including for the purposes of satisfying any Margin Call which may be made from time-to-time, in your E-Money Account before placing an E-Money Order or Order.
