E Share definition

E Share means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund which has been designated as a E share and which will not pay a dividend;
E Share means a redeemable E ordinary share of $0.016281 in the Company;
E Share means an E ordinary share of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company, having the rights and being subject to the restrictions set out in the articles and "E Shares" shall be construed accordingly;

  • The Company may allowexisting investors in the Class E Shares to make further subscriptions for Class E Shares in the same Fund at its absolute discretion and subject to such limits as it may decide on a case-by-case basis notwithstanding the closure of the Class E Share Class to new investors.

  • At any meeting of holders of Series E Shares as a series, each such holder as at the applicable record date shall be entitled to one vote in respect of each Series E Share held by such holder.

  • A redemption request will not be accepted if as a result the number of shares held by the redeeming Shareholder in the A, B, C and G Share Classes of the Sub-Fund would fall below the Minimum Holding Value of USD 10,000, or EUR 20,000 in the B EUR and C EUR Share Classes or 50,000 AED in the E Share Class or USD 1,000,000 for the I Share Class or USD 5,000,000 for the P Share Class.
