Each occurrence shall be limited to a period no greater than seventy-two (72) hours in duration.
Minimum acceptable limits are: General aggregate limit $2,000,000 Products and completed operations aggregate $1,000,000 Each occurrence limit $1,000,000 Personal injury aggregate $1,000,000 The Consultant shall have Automobile Liability insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or property damage resulting from the maintenance, ownership or use of all owned, non-owned and hired automobiles, trucks and trailers.
Each occurrence causing loss or damage insured under Section C will be considered separately for claims purposes.
Each occurrence shall be deemed to commence on the first happening of any loss, destruction or damage from the perils insured against not within the period of any previous occurrence.
Limits of Coverage shall not be less than: Bodily Injury, Personal Injury, & Property Damage Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Each Occurrence and Aggregate $1,000,000 Each occurrence and Aggregate for Liability under this Specific Agreement.
