Eagle Ford Shale Formation means the stratigraphic equivalent of the formation which is the entire correlative interval from 10,294 feet to 10,590 feet as shown on the log of the EOG Resources, Inc. — Xxxxxx Unit, Well No. 1 (API No. 42-255-31608), Section 00, Xxxx Xxxxxx Survey, A-247, Xxxxxx County, Texas; provided that if a Wellbore is producing from a greater depth as of the Effective Time, the Eagle Ford Shale Formation for that specific Wellbore shall also include all such greater depths at which there are open perforations for such applicable Wellbore.
Eagle Ford Shale Formation means the stratigraphic equivalent of the interval between 9773’ and 9896’ on the 5” Dual Induction Compensated Formation Density log in the Czar Resources Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx #1 Well, Xxxxxxxx County, Texas, API # 42177307170000.
