Ear piercing definition

Ear piercing means the puncturing of the noncartilaginous perimeter or lobe of the ear with a presterilized single-use stud-and-clasp ear-piercing system following manufacturer's instructions. Under no circumstances shall ear-piercing studs and clasps be used anywhere on the body other than the outer perimeter and lobe of the ear.
