Earlier Version is an earlier release of the Software; nor- mally such is recognizable from the change in the version number.

"Entitlements" means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or the Special Conditions and any CoL, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of Users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, avail- able storage space, computing power, or other attributes and met- rics.

  • If the Software is a Service Pack or other new release of the Software, the Customer shall retain the CoL for the Earlier Version and present it together with the CoL for the Software at any time if requested to do so by Siemens.
