Early Call definition

Early Call shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Examples of Early Call in a sentence

  • This Contract shall cancel automatically upon cancellation of the Policy, including any cancellation of the Policy resulting from the Original Insured exercising the Early Call Option.

  • This call is to be remunerated at the rate for an Early Call (see page 8 for details) and will take place immediately prior to or immediately after a rehearsal call, or at a mutually convenient time.

Related to Early Call

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that (x) subject to Section 5.03(A)(iii), the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method, to any Settlement Method that the Company is then permitted to elect, by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent; and (y) the Default Settlement Method will be subject to Section 5.03(A)(ii).

  • Early Closure means the closure on any Exchange Business Day of the Exchange or the Related Exchange(s) prior to its closing time, unless such earlier closing time is announced by the Exchange or Related Exchange(s) at least one hour prior to the earlier of: (i) the actual closing time for the regular trading session on the Exchange or Related Exchange(s) on such Exchange Business Day and (ii) the submission deadline for orders to be entered into the Exchange or Related Exchange system for execution at the Valuation Time on such Exchange Business Day.

  • Early Termination Conditions means the types of conditions listed in Schedule A.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period has the meaning set forth in Section 12.13(a).
