Early Lease Termination Date definition

Early Lease Termination Date means, with respect to any Lease, the date on which such Lease is terminated prior to its Lease Maturity Date (including in connection with a Lease Pull-Forward) for a reason other than becoming a Defaulted Lease.
Early Lease Termination Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Paragraph 19 of this Lease.
