The City shall make payments to Contractor at its address for notices within 30 days of receipt of an approved invoice, unless the parties agree to the payment time under the Early Payment Discount in section 4.01.2. All fees due to Contractor under this Agreement shall only be payable from certain Allocated Funds, as provided in Section 4.04.
